  • 1943 - Montorio, Italy.

    Nonno Giuseppe and Nonna Ida open their pizzeria, renowned for its delicious, traditional pizzas.

  • 1967 - Toronto, Canada.

    Mama Anna and Papa Antonio open La Gondola at Keele and Wilson. Three years later they open Pizza Gigi at Bathurst and Harbord.

  • Today.

    Luigi opens Pizzaiolo on November 13, 2000. He insists that every one of his pizzas live up to the standards of Nonno, Nonna, Anna and Antonio.
